01 The Museum
Founded in Old Torrance, California, in 2012, the California Museum of Fine Art moved to a 1928 Gothic Revival church in San Pedro. The church was fully restored in 2019. The collection includes historical and contemporary paintings and sculpture.
02 The Artist
A Chinese American artist and collector, Dali Higa has shaped the museum’s collection through her interest in art history and her own daily painting practice.
